Service staff are friendly and courteous. Work is usually solid, but this time they failed to inflate my tires correctly after being rotated. I called and told them, but unfortunately I was almost home when readings reset. Had to inflate with correct PSI. Thankfully, I have my own compressor and digital tire gauge. No solution offered other than telling me I could go back. I live 35-40 minutes away.

First off I went to two separate dealers before coming to Rainbow and I couldn’t be happier. Cory and Lynn far exceeded my expectations. Lynn constantly stayed in communication with me on the status of my truck (which other dealerships did not) and got the work completed ahead of schedule. THIS DEALERSHIP DID THE SERVICE REPAIR AS PROMPTLY AS POSSABLE. AS IT TOOK TIME TO GET PRTS AND TO REPLACE SAID PART AND RECHECK TO MAKE SURE CODES DID NOT RETURN. ONLY THING THAT COULD HAVE MADE THIS PROCESS BETTER WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR THEM TO HAVE MORE LOANER VEHICLES FOR COVERED REPAIRS. I WAS WITHOUT MUCH NEEDED TRNSPOTTION FOR A WEEK.

Came in to get a flat tire fixed and left with a 24 Challenger (Scat Pack, duh)! Doug made the process too easy. He seemed to recognize my wife, which made for a smooth interaction. My son, who strangely looks a lot like Doug, seemed to have a strong connection with him too. Little man just keeps yelling “Come Holla!”, so funny!

I went to Rainbow with my girlfriend to buy a Dodge Challenger (a Scat Pack of course) from Doug Townson. Doug is a world class salesman. I left with a Scat Pack and he left with my girlfriend. In hindsight I guess it was a little odd that they both sat in the backseat during the test drive.
