Buying our Ram Big horn was a very easy process. We were in and out with the vehicle of our choice in no time at all.
The staff was very helpful and did all they could to make me as cofortable as possible. This was more than expected given that I spent more than a day at the dealership. The service department ensured that all the work was done correctly and in a timely manner. The sales department made the experience easy going and expidited as much as could be expected. The dealership is out of the way but I would make it a point to get my next new vehicle with them in the future.

Brought truck in for manifold leak with the intention of replacing the headers while y’all were extracting broken bolts. We asked if they could use the headers we had already purchased and it was agreed. I was given a quote I was happy with and my son left the truck there. After the truck was there for 3 weeks because of necessary tools needing to be ordered and trouble extracting broken bolts y’all informed me that you could not remove last bolt and I had 2 choices. Very poor. Issue with vehicle was finally fixed but what an experience to get there.
A couple of the items needing repair were done but parts had to be ordred. I asked if I could come get my vehicle and just come back when the other parts arrived and was told that if I come pick it up (actually needed the vehicle for work) that they would have to cancel the parts on order as the vehicle had to stay there for the parts order to be valid. Bought a used car, super helpful with paperwork and information. But the detail however was awful. Sent the car back due to the poor washing/cleaning job.

Service staff are friendly and courteous. Work is usually solid, but this time they failed to inflate my tires correctly after being rotated. I called and told them, but unfortunately I was almost home when readings reset. Had to inflate with correct PSI. Thankfully, I have my own compressor and digital tire gauge. No solution offered other than telling me I could go back. I live 35-40 minutes away.
Rainbow has a very friendly, knowledgeable,and helpful service department, and definitely appreciate how commit to doing warranty work without all the hassle

First off I went to two separate dealers before coming to Rainbow and I couldn’t be happier. Cory and Lynn far exceeded my expectations. Lynn constantly stayed in communication with me on the status of my truck (which other dealerships did not) and got the work completed ahead of schedule. Rainbow of Amite should be proud to have a great service team like this.

THIS DEALERSHIP DID THE SERVICE REPAIR AS PROMPTLY AS POSSABLE. AS IT TOOK TIME TO GET PRTS AND TO REPLACE SAID PART AND RECHECK TO MAKE SURE CODES DID NOT RETURN. ONLY THING THAT COULD HAVE MADE THIS PROCESS BETTER WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR THEM TO HAVE MORE LOANER VEHICLES FOR COVERED REPAIRS. I WAS WITHOUT MUCH NEEDED TRNSPOTTION FOR A WEEK.
The service representatives were extremely nice and professional and they dedicated a technician to my vehicle which only took a day to complete instead of 2-3 days.
I was very pleased with the communication and work done on my Jeep. Kristen was very attentive and kept me informed every step of the way. However, I was very upset with the fact that te technician was very careless when handling my tires and rims, therefore leaving multiple scratches on my very expensive rims.
Taylor was the best! He blessed me with my car! I prayed that whole day to get the car and god answer me! I most definitely recommend this dealership!

Came in to get a flat tire fixed and left with a 24 Challenger (Scat Pack, duh)! Doug made the process too easy. He seemed to recognize my wife, which made for a smooth interaction. My son, who strangely looks a lot like Doug, seemed to have a strong connection with him too. Little man just keeps yelling “Come Holla!”, so funny!
